What you'll do

• Track SBAS taskings from intake through closure
• support section operations and strategic planning
• draft, maintain, and review templates, SOPs, articles, and presentations
• maintain SEVPAMS SharePoint repositories and collaboration sites
• schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
• prepare activity and productivity reports
• conduct initial quality reviews
• assist with documentation-standard training
• use approved generative AI tools to draft and revise content.
