Paraeducator (Special Education) - Day Shift

Compensation is $17–$20 per year. The Paraeducator (Special Education) is an onsite role based in Dawson, NE. , with a starting rate of $17 - $20 per hour based on experience, supporting the Special Education department at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education. This role exists to provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in grades K-9. By collaborating with classroom educators, the Paraeducator helps implement Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and behavioral interventions to foster student success and confidence.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment, implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions, monitor student progress, manage student behavior, and maintain accurate documentation of student performance.
