Remote REO Asset Manager

What you'll do

• Manage a nationwide residential REO portfolio
• develop disposition strategies and monitor performance, SLAs, and timelines
• analyze market conditions, pricing, and buyer demand
• review budgets and vendor recommendations
• oversee property maintenance and sale readiness
• manage listings, auctions, offers, negotiations, approvals, and closings
• review valuations
• communicate with clients and stakeholders
• maintain asset records and ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
