What you'll do

• Oversee the nursing department in the Director of Nursing’s absence
• review staffing and assign or replace staff to meet resident needs
• conduct care rounds and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• assess and document resident conditions
• implement physician orders
• assign nursing care
• administer medications, start IVs, perform and document treatments, and lead individualized care plans.
