What you'll do

• Develop working relationships with independent contractors and in-house labor
• communicate client priorities
• review scopes of work and quality assurance
• report urgent issues and provide nightly recaps
• recommend contractor assignments and manage service to client standards
• oversee inspections, complaints, requests, new client starts, and VIP needs
• follow operational policies and ensure compliance with client procedures and approved cleaning equipment.
