The Project Development Project Manager - Program Support Team is an onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Program Support team in managing electric distribution, substation, and transmission projects. This role exists to own, manage, monitor, and control electric infrastructure projects through the development phase. The Project Development Project Manager ensures projects safely achieve their scope, maintains accurate schedules and costs, and coordinates with stakeholders to advance projects into execution.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze technical project documents to develop strategic project schedules, forecasts, and scopes.
• Evaluate project scope with internal and external teams to mitigate risks.
• Develop project execution plans and key deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Provide projected contractor resource levels and project durations.
• Review project estimates for adequacy and completeness.
• Maintain project costs within leadership approval levels and seek capital expenditure authorizations.
• Ensure change management protocols are followed.
• Provide project status updates and support emergent requests.
• Ensure adequacy of project team membership and participation.
• Coordinate project schedules to request system outages.
• Support the Portfolio Management Team on multiyear portfolio development.
• Communicate project status to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Support project challenge meetings, peer reviews, and assessments.
• Ensure continuous improvement by performing lessons learned audits.
