What you'll do

• Check ingredient quality and freshness
• set up and break down the kitchen
• stock stations and supplies
• clean and prepare ingredients
• plate food following chef guidance
• clean utensils and equipment
• manage inventory, leftovers, dish-area cleanliness, and trash
• assist with events and dinners.
