What you'll do

• Evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• perform calibration services, diagnostics, repairs, and light mechanical work
• handle airbag, clock spring, wire harness, and windshield-related work
• program systems
• prepare estimates and ADAS reports
• document services with photos
• communicate service progress to clients and management
• drive vehicles between the service center and body shops
• maintain shop cleanliness.
