What you'll do

• Develop commercial and residential roofing business
• build relationships with property managers, contractors, developers, facility managers, and building owners
• prepare estimates and proposals
• review plans and perform material takeoffs
• negotiate and close contracts
• manage branch budgets, profitability, billing, collections, and cash flow
• lead daily operations and supervise project and field teams
• coordinate labor, schedules, equipment, and materials
• maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
