The Shift Leader is an onsite role based in Indio, CA. Compensation is $20.75 - $21.75 per hour, and this role supports the restaurant operations at Dave's Hot Chicken. This role exists to perform leadership, management, and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift. The Shift Leader is responsible for all restaurant activities while on duty.

What you'll do

• Supervise fellow coworkers, monitor performance, ensure compliance with company and safety policies, and delegate tasks.
• Organize shift schedules for Team Members and monitor attendance.
• Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness is conducted daily.
• Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally.
• Train new and current team members on tasks.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits.
