What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Social Services
• identify residents' psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs and help provide or access services
• support resident advocacy and rights, clinical assessment and care planning, and therapeutic and behavioral interventions
• assist with referrals and admissions
• conduct tours and initiate applications
• complete related administrative duties.
