What you'll do

• Provide companionship and social interaction
• assist with personal care, meals and feeding as needed, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• accompany clients to appointments and errands
• observe and report condition changes
• document care and communicate with the care team.
