What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain records
• complete minor building repairs and alterations
• perform carpentry, plumbing, and semi-skilled electrical work
• assist with HVAC maintenance
• inspect fire extinguishers and alarm systems
• schedule maintenance requests
• maintain supplies
• transport mail and materials between facilities
• follow workplace safety practices.
