The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with home-based and day-care cases and daytime and afternoon hours. Pay is $20–$30 per hour. Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports RBTs with supervision and onboarding. The RBT works one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing programs designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role supports children’s skill development and positive behavior through treatment-plan implementation, session data tracking, and communication with the clinical team.
