What you'll do

• Investigate card and ACH disputes, check fraud, identity theft, account takeover, and suspicious digital banking activity
• analyze alerts and reports
• research and validate transactions
• process claims under bank policies and regulatory requirements
• communicate case status to customers and frontline teams
• escalate cases when appropriate
• monitor fraud mailboxes and call queues
• support frontline staff and training
• assist with projects and process improvements
• document cases and follow bank policies and procedures.
