Senior E-Commerce & Web Operations Manager

The Senior E-Commerce & Web Operations Manager role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with a base pay range of $130,000–$170,000 per year. Ouster builds digital lidar sensors and vision tools used in applications including autonomous cars and drones. The manager co-owns the webstore launch and operations, grows self-service online sales, and manages Ouster’s corporate website and agency partners. The work supports the company’s direct online channel and global digital presence.

What you'll do

• Partner with cross-functional teams on phased webstore delivery and operations
• adapt the Shopify workflow
• manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, bundles, and content
• build campaigns and conversion flows
• define and report webstore KPIs
• consolidate Stereolabs.com into Ouster.com while preserving search rankings and traffic
• manage agency scope, deliverables, speed, and budget
• use Sanity CMS to build and launch pages and digital assets.
