B-Level Automotive Technician

Job overview

The B-Level Automotive Technician role is onsite in Lincoln, NE, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $25–$27 per hour, based on experience. Dillon’s Auto provides a range of vehicles and a shop with 13 bays and lifts for three technicians. The technician performs routine maintenance and common mechanical repairs with limited supervision, helping keep customer vehicles safe and operating reliably. The role also identifies needed repairs, documents inspection findings, and maintains a clean and safe work area.

What you'll do

• Perform brake, steering, and suspension repairs
• complete routine maintenance and vehicle inspections
• replace common components including starters, alternators, batteries, belts, and hoses
• perform cooling-system and general mechanical repairs
• assist with check-engine-light diagnosis and basic troubleshooting
• document inspection findings
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
