The role assumes responsibility for clinical operations when the Director of Nursing is absent.

What you'll do

• Educate patients about IV and subcutaneous therapies in person and by phone
• consult with patients and families, review health histories, and complete required forms
• prepare clinical and progress notes
• coordinate services and report patient changes
• initiate preventative nursing procedures
• work with pharmacists to plan and order supplies
• consult with pharmacists and the Medical Director as needed
• maintain policy and regulatory compliance
• support clinical operations in the Director of Nursing's absence.

Why this role
