What you'll do

• Oversee all team members for all client needs, manage client expectations, and oversee client deliverables through regular meetings.
• Actively manage an internal team through personnel management, regular one-on-ones, and process management.
• Oversee all client satisfaction, including actively pivoting strategy under the direction of the Vice President.
• Oversee the development and execution of content and marketing strategy for all client work simultaneously.
