Call Center Representative

Job overview

The Call Center Representative role is onsite in Carmel, IN. Compensation is $15–$20 per hour. The role is the first point of contact for Woodhouse Spa guests and helps create the guest experience from the initial interaction.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls
• explain services, availability, and pricing
• handle guest questions and requests
• schedule, confirm, modify, and cancel appointments
• optimize appointment scheduling
• promote enhancements, packages, and promotions
• support gift card sales
• maintain guest records
• make outbound confirmation and follow-up calls
• assist front desk and management with guest coordination.
