Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

What you'll do

• Travel to assigned regional locations
• collaborate with facility staff
• coordinate psychiatry, therapy, and neuropsychology services where available
• assist with referrals and consents
• educate facility staff
• attend behavior management meetings and coordinate physician attendance
• support PASRR II compliance
• schedule in-services
• facilitate telehealth visits
• assist with facility onboarding.
