The Registered Nurse – Weekend Shift role is onsite in Warren, OH. Compensation is $40–$44 per hour. The nurse joins Warren Nursing & Rehab’s weekend team to provide patient-centered care to residents. The Registered Nurse assesses residents, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, coordinates with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and monitors and reports changes in condition. This work supports comprehensive care and safe transitions while contributing to a respectful, team-oriented care environment.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

• conduct regular assessments and monitor vital signs
• report changes to the attending physician or charge nurse

Why this role

Requires current Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire. A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required; prior nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation, is preferred.
