What you'll do

• Manage materials, manpower, and processes for mechanical projects
• purchase materials, schedule work, estimate change orders, and contract subcontractors
• administer project budgets, contracts, fiscal controls, and quality provisions
• coordinate construction firms and day-to-day project work
• review designs and specifications and initiate revisions where appropriate
• coordinate procurement
• inspect and accept completed projects for conformance
• estimate mechanical pipe work.
