What you'll do

• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Manage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and change-overs.
• Facilitate production and quickly respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Understand, follow, and enforce all established guidelines, including safety, health, quality, and company policies.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and complete repetitive tasks throughout the day. Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
