What you'll do

• Manage estimated and assigned projects
• establish and manage budgets, materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractors
• review contracts and quality and safety requirements
• coordinate permits, site plans, and safety plans
• schedule work
• communicate costs and potential overruns
• provide closeout documentation and customer training
• coordinate equipment changes with the Preventative Maintenance Coordinator.
