What you'll do

• Provide mobile crisis response in the community when dispatched
• engage people hesitant to interact with behavioral health professionals or first responders
• participate in crisis-solution design, implementation, and evaluation
• advocate and provide behavioral interventions
• connect clients with community resources and referrals
• conduct follow-up communications
• complete documentation
• participate in team meetings and applicable CRSS training
• transport clients to Rosecrance buildings or hospitals as needed.
