What you'll do

• Assess resident care needs
• monitor and chart resident health information
• administer medications and oversee staff
• provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support
• teach residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care
• evaluate care outcomes
• coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control and medication-safety procedures
• document care and protect confidentiality.
