What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, feeding, hydration, hygiene, and comfort
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, and physical condition to the nursing team
• provide medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• encourage community activities
• maintain safe living areas
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• respond to emergencies according to established procedures.
