What you'll do

• Lead and scale the low-voltage service department
• set departmental goals and track weekly KPIs
• improve contract profitability and recurring service revenue
• develop service procedures and standards
• manage client experience, communication, retention, and escalations
• oversee service request triage, ticketing, scheduling, dispatch, documentation, work orders, and billing
• monitor technician performance
• coordinate equipment repairs and vendors
• recruit, train, coach, and retain technicians.
