Account Representative, Eligibility

The Account Representative, Eligibility role is onsite in Newark, DE, with training from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a regular schedule of either 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. PATHS supports patients and families in securing health coverage and financial resources. The role helps complete Medicaid applications, verify insurance, resolve billing issues, and document information accurately. It contributes to compliant application processing and timely revenue recovery for PATHS provider clients.

What you'll do

• Contact patients to complete Medicaid applications
• verify health insurance
• gather information from patients, families, employers, banks, and government offices
• document information in systems
• handle calls, email, faxing, and filing
• provide coverage at hospital client sites in Newark and Dover as needed.
