The role provides first-line technical and facility support to clients and employees while building practical IT experience. It handles support tickets, routine checks, access and security procedures, shipping and receiving, and client requests across a range of infrastructure technologies.

What you'll do

• Handle Tier 1 tickets, shift walks, routine audits, and remote-hands requests
• follow data center access and security protocols
• support secure shipping and receiving
• cover the front desk phone
• conduct physical and virtual security checks
• process and prioritize technical requests by phone, email, or in person
• document requests and activities in the ticketing system.
