What you'll do

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living according to the written plan of care
• identify teaching needs and report them to the nurse
• assist with monitoring equipment use
• provide emotional support to clients and families
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care and communications
• drive between clients
• carry equipment into and out of homes
• evaluate emergencies and perform CPR when necessary based on training.
