The Support Teacher — Floater role is onsite in Dripping Springs, TX, with flexible morning shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM or afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Pay is $16.00–$17.50 per hour. The role supports classrooms serving children from infancy through preschool at The Learning Experience – Dripping Springs. The floater provides classroom coverage and assistance across age groups so children remain supervised and classroom activities continue smoothly. The role also helps prepare lesson materials, supports center operations, and builds relationships with children, staff, and parents.

What you'll do

• Move between age groups and assist Lead Teachers with activities, sensory play, and lessons
• maintain classroom ratios during lunch breaks and planning periods
• help prepare lesson materials and with light center operations
• build connections with children, staff, and parents
• support compliance with Texas childcare licensing and safety protocols.
