The Assistant Store Manager – Auto Parts role is onsite in Exeter, NH, with pay of $20–$23 per hour and a Monday–Friday and Saturday schedule. Sanel NAPA is a family-owned business serving communities with auto parts and customer service. The role partners with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop team members, support sales, and maintain store standards. It also serves as acting store leader when the Store Manager is absent.

• Support daily store operations and team leadership
• serve retail and wholesale customers
• coach and train team members
• help drive sales and customer relationships
• assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and merchandising
• maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• resolve customer concerns
• support outside sales and wholesale account growth.
