What you'll do

• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to batch recipes
• operate mixers, ovens, and packaging tools
• portion, mold, cut, and package edible products
• label finished goods to company and AZDHS standards
• complete production logs, batch documentation, and waste tracking
• clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• follow production, safety, and compliance procedures.
