What you'll do

• Receive payments for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle sales
• assist with service appointment scheduling
• verify service and parts invoices and pay codes
• guarantee checks through the UTA system according to policy
• balance the cash drawer and finalize deposits
• provide backup reception coverage
• organize, file, and purge service and accounting files as needed
• perform light lifting.
