What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding for union and non-union employees in the office and at job sites
• support time-record collection and verification, recruiting, interviews, intern programs, employee engagement, benefits, background checks, and HRIS/HCM systems
• track training certifications and credentials
• coordinate safety training, meetings, testing, and certification renewals
• maintain safety supplies and PPE inventory
• support safety communications, process improvements, performance tracking, and cross-functional administration.
