The Cleared Industrial/Organizational Psychologist role is onsite at a client location in the Arlington, VA vicinity, with anticipated compensation of $110,000–$170,000 per year. HumRRO is a nonprofit focused on applied research, evaluation, and analytics in employment, student, and military testing and professional credentialing. The psychologist conducts job-analysis and competency-modeling work, coordinating and facilitating subject-matter-expert sessions, analyzing data, and delivering technical reports to support client talent-management and personnel decisions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, focus groups, and workshops
• review background materials and prepare session content
• develop communications and validation questionnaires
• facilitate and document virtual subject-matter-expert sessions
• analyze job-analysis data using R or other statistical software
• develop technical reports
• develop and implement work-role coding systems in Excel or Access
• collaborate with colleagues, managers, and clients.
