The role contributes to an accessible, organized client experience and helps the center meet booking and sales-qualified lead goals.

What you'll do

• Engage clients and identify potential hearing needs
• assist licensed Hearing Care Providers with hearing screenings
• generate and convert leads into appointments
• schedule and confirm appointments
• maintain client records
• communicate by phone, email, and text
• support recall efforts
• perform basic hearing aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and listening checks
• assist with orders, repairs, inventory, and pickup notifications
• maintain center displays and environment
• track performance metrics
• collect payments and assist with financing applications
• complete end-of-day processes and reports
• follow HIPAA, FDA, and company policies.
