What you'll do

• partner with regional and hiring managers on location-based sourcing plans
• schedule interviews and collect feedback
• run background, drug, and driving record checks
• manage onboarding and new-hire logistics
• maintain the applicant tracking system and hiring records
• support benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, engagement, training, and performance review programs.
