What you'll do

• Receive, triage, track, and close facilities work orders
• schedule vendors and contractors and verify work quality
• conduct routine inspections and light maintenance
• maintain supplies, mail and shipping/receiving, furniture and space setups, and meeting-room readiness
• support onboarding and offboarding logistics
• administer badge issuance, visitor management, and access-control support
• assist with safety and compliance documentation and incident reporting
• maintain vendor, maintenance, and floor-plan records
• process invoices and purchase requests
• assist with office moves, expansions, and projects.
