• Oversee 6–8 after-school programs across K–12 schools
• supervise and train Program Directors
• conduct site visits and evaluate program quality
• support curriculum and enrichment development
• coordinate with school principals, funders, and internal teams
• address parent concerns and incidents
• ensure regulatory, contract, grant, and financial compliance
• manage budgets and reporting
• and support program improvement and business development.
