Facilities Maintenance Technician – HVAC

The Facilities Maintenance Technician – HVAC role is onsite in Peoria, IL, with compensation of $28.82–$36.85 per hour. The technician works in a factory environment supporting industrial equipment and facility systems. The technician performs advanced preventive and break-fix maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical and control systems, and uses maintenance records and predictive technologies to support equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and break-fix maintenance
• diagnose, dismantle, adjust, repair, replace, and test equipment components
• source parts and supplies
• maintain equipment to industry standards
• and, as needed, operate machining tools or perform welding. Follow 5S and safety practices, participate in continuous improvement, update CMMS records, troubleshoot control systems, use predictive maintenance technologies, and assist lower-level technicians and small teams.
