What you'll do

• Greet arriving and departing guests and members
• assist with luggage and room orientation
• drive the shuttle when scheduled or needed
• provide directions and property information
• deliver messages, packages, and amenities
• maintain lobby and luggage areas
• safely park vehicles and secure keys
• assist with reservations and service recovery
• communicate with front desk and other departments.
