The Retail Sales Associate role is an onsite position based in Bedford, NH. The pay range is $14.50 - $15.00 per hour, supporting the retail operations of Homesense, a member of the TJX Companies family. This role exists to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The associate adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support other areas of the business.

What you'll do

• Role model customer experience practices
• Support store culture
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery
• Maintain store cleanliness.
