What you'll do

• Open the bakery and prepare for the day
• clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
• bake Bundt cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes
• prepare custom orders
• track, maintain, and order inventory
• rotate and store cakes
• maintain refrigeration logs
• and complete production records.
