What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Controller, and department leaders
• maintain office systems and records
• answer calls, assist with reservations, and book parties and qualifying group events
• conduct facility tours
• assist with invoice reconciliation and financial documentation
• verify POS settlements and support payroll preparation
• coordinate onboarding and employee records
• maintain training and certification records
• perform operational audits
• administer access to operational systems
• support scheduling, reporting, projects, and special events as needed.
