What you'll do

• Interpret scopes of work
• read blueprints and prepare material take-offs
• send estimate specifications to suppliers and subcontractors and coordinate returned estimates
• follow through on customer selections
• identify potential project risks and delays
• maintain digital project files
• compile preconstruction binders
• coordinate details with field teams
• communicate with clients and subcontractors.
