What you'll do

• Prepare and distribute vehicle sales documents, title packets, temporary tags, keys, and closing documents
• complete DMV, municipal, and California sales documentation
• maintain titles and Manufacturer Statements of Origin
• answer title-transfer inquiries
• file monthly Notices of Sale
• maintain electronic and physical records
• update unit and inventory status
• process applicable rebates
• and ensure sales closing documents are complete, accurate, and compliant.
