What you'll do

• Submit warranty repair orders after screening, correction, and verification for GM warranty compliance
• communicate with technicians about repair-order requirements, the 3 C’s, and the GM labor time guide
• assist accounting with the warranty schedule
• work with technicians, advisors, and management on common repair-order deficiencies
• assist management in developing processes to limit corrections.
